All our deliveries are between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Nornally driver should call you one hour earlier before arrival. ETA available upon request on the day of delivery.
All our deliveries are Kerbside drop, please make sure you can or someone can help you to handle goods inside to your property, as the average weight of one pack flooring will be between 20kg to 25kg
Always check the condition of the goods before sign the POD or delivery note from the driver, please write on POD or delivery note if there has any damage.

Failure to do so, we will asure you received goods all in good condition.
Please report to us immediately via email, and send us the photo proof you took, then we will send out the replacment packs immediately.
We offer free delivery on all orders £ 500 + Vat. Deliveries made outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges please check before ordering. All deliveries are made to `Kerbside` and the driver may require help to larger delivers. Customer must advise us if the delivery address is likely to have a problem. E.g. The road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit.
If the courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the redelivery charge of £65 + VAT.
Once goods have arrived at your property please inspect goods immediately on delivery. No claims regarding damaged items can be made after the diver has left the delivery address (Unless signed for damaged items on delivery note.)
