If you are not happy with the quality, colour of the goods, or it is simply not the product you were expecting to receive, we offer you a 30 day return service.

Conditions for returning your goods:-

  1. The goods are in their original package, not used and are in a resalable condition. (In case of product dispute, boxes may only be accepted with CLEAR sellotape and must be well packed in original packaging, in good re-sellable condition to qualify for credit return).
  2. The goods are not damaged by the courier, if such a courier is arranged by yourself.
  3. They are not the remaining pieces from your fitting, unless they are not opened, neither being used and more than 5 square metres.
  4. They are not the products sold under stock clearance or special promotion.

We recommend that upon the receipt of the goods, please inspect them fully and carefully by maintaining the original packaging well in case you need to repack the goods for return. Please do not start fitting before you are 100% satisfied with the product. 

When you return the goods, you should arrange for a courier company who can offer insurance cover, because we do not accept damaged goods caused by your courier company. Alternatively, we can arrange for our own courier service to collect the goods from you at your own cost. If so, please ensure that the goods are stacked in pallet and ready for collection, otherwise it may lead to refusion of collection by the courier company for which, you shall be fully responsible for any additional cost to incur thereafter.

In any event, we would like you to contact us first to advise us all the details about your return, which shall include:

  • Your name;
  • Your home address and telephone number;
  • Your purchase order number;
  • Quantity to be returned;
  • Date to be returned;
  • Photographic evidence for receipt of damaged goods;
  • Brief explanation of the reason for return

Upon the receipt of above information, we will send you confirmation as to whether the return is accepted, the address for the returned goods being sent to and our reference number to add to your parcel booking.

Returned goods will be inspected in full and confirmation will be sent to you for a refund, which will be normally paid within three working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
Delivery cost and restocking fee 20% will apply.
